Overview

At Maison Romaan, we ensure your luxury fragrances are carefully packaged and delivered safely to your doorstep. We partner with top logistics carriers (such as TCS, Leopards, and Call Courier) across Pakistan to provide fast and reliable delivery.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (PKT) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on Sundays will be processed the following business day.

  • Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a verification call or SMS/WhatsApp confirmation from our customer care team before dispatch.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Pakistan)

3. Payment Methods & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for nationwide orders across Pakistan. Please ensure exact cash is ready upon parcel arrival.

  • Advance Payments: Direct Bank Transfers and Credit/Debit Cards are accepted. High-value orders may require partial or full advance payment before dispatch.

4. Order Tracking

  • As soon as your fragrance is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link and consignment number via SMS or Email. You can track your package directly on the courier partner’s portal.

5. Delivery Inspection & Address Changes

  • Rider Inspection: Couriers do not allow opening the flyer before payment to the delivery rider. If you suspect outer box damage or tampering, please notify us immediately.

  • Address Updates: Address modifications must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting us at 03706859595. Once dispatched, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

  • Transit Delays: Delays due to weather, strike disruptions, or courier operational issues are beyond our direct control, but we will actively assist in expediting your package.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your bottle or packaging arrives broken/leaking, please report it to us within 48 hours of receipt with photo/video proof so we can send a replacement.
